About eco-apt
Hello and welcome. My name is Kevin Donnelly and I am both an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor here in Sussex. Having worked in the energy industry for over 22 years and been involved with low carbon and energy efficiency home solutions, I founded eco-apt in 2024 with one simple goal... To help people better understand the energy performance of their home.
There are over 15 million homes in the UK with an EPC rating of D to G that are energy-inefficient resulting in wasted energy, higher heating bills and potentially, lower property values. I want to ensure homeowners are given the best energy efficiency advice to improve their property rating and help maximise on savings and sustainability.
